You may plant or eat our Jumbo Hardneck Garlic Bulbs.   A Northeastern U.S. favorite, it's easy to peel, has a moderate spicy flavor, and is excellent for roasting. These bulbs store very well into the colder months. Approximately 5-7 larger, plump cloves per bulb. This photo shows our German White which is still drying. When it has cured, the outer skins will be white.
